Therapy and Counseling

Dr. Nora J. Baladerian, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and a licensed marriage, child, and family counselor.  She is also a certified sex therapist and a clinical hypnotherapist.

Dr. Baladerian is available for individual, couple, or family counseling. 

Her specializations include: trauma or abuse related issues, depression and anxiety, gerontology, and children and adults with disabilities.

Forensic Consultations

Dr. Baladerian is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner.  She is frequently retained by attorneys representing clients with developmental or intellectual disabilities in civil and criminal cases. 

Dr. Baladerian has testified in court as an expert witness on disability related issues.

Speaking Engagements

Dr. Baladerian is available as a speaker at conferences, seminars, workshops, and trainings.  Topics include child abuse, elder abuse, domestic violence, crime victimization, and abuse of people with disabilities.    Audiences have included police, prosecutors, judges, victim advocates, adult and child protective service workers, social workers, psychologists, therapists, and medical personnel.
